The Position
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Responsible for ITOT PI & Interface Layer system (such as File Transfer, SCADA, MQTT and etc.) implementation project, especially in configuration work for project. Make sure all configuration related activities are delivered on time with high quality (eg: minimum deviation, minimum finding, minimum major incident), support PI & Interface Layer system implementation project and the whole site project go live on time. Detail work including:
System solution and information flow confirmation
User requirements collection and confirmation
Tag configuration in the system according to Roche change process and tag configuration process
Tag verification according to Roche Validation & Qualification process
Training if any
All related documentation
Other work may be needed
Responsible for ITOT PI & Interface Layer system (such as File Transfer, SCADA, MQTT and etc) configuration change and small projects in routine operation for SHA site after project go live. Make sure all configuration related activities are delivered on time with high quality (eg: minimum deviation, minimum finding, minimum major incident), support PI & Interface Layer system configuration change and small projects deliver on time. Detail work including:
User requirements collection and confirmation
Tag configuration in the system according to Roche change SOP and tag configuration SOP
Tag verification according to Roche Validation & Qualification SOP
Training if any

Other work may be needed
Responsible for the 2nd level support for ITOT PI & Interface Layer system (such as File Transfer, SCADA, MQTT and etc) in routine operation for SHA site after project go live. Track and solve incidents & problems according to ITOT incident & problem management SOP, base on OSP and SLA.
Responsible for ITOT PI & Interface Layer system (such as File Transfer, SCADA, MQTT and etc.) configuration work for future project. Make sure all configuration related activities are delivered on time with high quality (eg: minimum deviation, minimum finding, minimum major incident), support future PI & Interface Layer system implementation project and future site project go live on time.
Join in internal and external audit of ITOT system PI & Interface Layer system (such as File Transfer, SCADA, MQTT and etc.) Prepare for the audits and answer the related questions.
Train junior PI & Interface Layer Configuration Experts, improve overall PI & Interface Layer Configuration Experts’ capability.
Improve SHA site digitalization level, support business opportunities enabled by new technology, meet global ITOT and SHA Site Strategy.
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in related subject, computer or automation related subject is preferred
Job Required Competencies
7 years’ or above related experience, at least 5 years’ experience of PI engineer
Have GMP working experience, or have pharmaceutical working experience is preferred.
Language skills: Good at listening, speaking, reading and written English
System: OSI Soft PI (familiar with PI AF, EF, PI Vision),File Transfer, SCADA
PC skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
