Senior Planning Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning, scheduling, and progress control activities across construction projects.
The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis, ensuring timely project delivery in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling Leadership
- Develop and oversee baseline schedules using Primavera P6
- Define WBS, activity sequencing, logic, and resource allocation
- Prepare detailed programs including resource-loaded schedules, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis
- Prepare look-ahead programs (2-week, 4-week, 6-week)
- Analyze variances and identify risks impacting project timelines
- Prepare high-level reports and dashboards for management
Delay Analysis & Claims
· Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks
· Lead Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
· Develop mitigation and recovery plans
Coordination & Project Support
· Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and project teams
· Ensure alignment between planning and site execution
· Review subcontractor schedules and ensure integration with master schedule
- Experience: 7–10+ years in planning within civil contracting companies (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Expert in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and planning techniques
- Proven experience in residential / villa / mixed-use projects
