REQUIREMENTS

• 5-6+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong ITIL expertise with solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS)
• Proven experience in managing stable production environments through effective governance of managed service vendors
• Demonstrated ability to ensure service reliability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement within a vendor-driven support model
• Strong project/program management skills with a track record of successful delivery
• High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and retain complex concepts
• Persistent, accountable, and results-oriented, with strong follow-through
• Fluent English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive end-to-end transition governance across all phases
• Manage transition plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure quality gate compliance and execution discipline
• Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively
• Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readinessEnsure adherence to governance processes and sign-offs
• Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state
