Senior Power BI Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer who is passionate about data to join our diverse team. In this position, you will engage with clients across a variety of sectors including Finance, Telecom, Media, Insurance, Oil&Gas, Pharma, and more. Responsibilities Develop advanced-level dashboards and reports Liaise with the Product owner, collect requirements, and facilitate demo sessions Engineer and implement data models, and conduct data preparation and profiling Analyze complex business problems and technical environments in detail Oversee security and manage the reporting environment Contribute to architecture and testing processes to align with best practice standards Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with any of the following reporting tools – Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Looker, or others Knowledge of Python Proficiency in concepts of Data Analytics and Data Visualization Capability to develop reports and dashboards Background in relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL Qualifications in SQL Flexibility to use Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake) Familiarity with concepts of landing, staging area, data cleansing, data profiling, data security, and data architecture (DWH, Data Lake, Delta Lake/Lakehouse, Datamart) Expertise in testing of data products Competency to work in an agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban) Familiarity with CI/CD principles and best practices English proficiency – Upper-Intermediate level or higher Nice to have Background in building ETL processes
