Senior Pre-projects leader - Automation

Job Summary

What you will do

• Lead cross functional pre project teams across automation, electrical and digital scopes to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Capture customer requirements and translate them into conceptual designs, solution configurations and A&D scopes.
• Support sales by developing and presenting automation and digital solutions during pre project and sales phases.
• Work with Automation, Electrical and Digital teams to benchmark supplier quotations, validate automation architectures and ensure technical compliance.
• Engage with customers directly to present solutions and explain features, benefits, automation capabilities, digital integration and operational value.
• Review technical and financial proposal details and communicate clearly with sales and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical descriptions, division of responsibility and equipment specifications as required by contracts.
• Ensure all deliverables follow Tetra Pak documentation standards and governance processes.
• Manage multiple pre projects at the same time and ensure alignment between sales, engineering and customer expectations.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Process Control or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA and Ignition platforms and good understanding of MES systems.
• Preferably eight or more years of experience in similar roles.
• Good understanding of IT and OT technologies including networking, connectivity, virtualization and cybersecurity.
• Experience with web application development using .NET C#, HTML, Java or Web Services is an advantage.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical automation and production solutions.
• Knowledge of Tetra Pak PlantMaster, ISA 88, ISA 95 or Packaging Integration solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; local language skills are an advantage.
