Tevora Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Security Architect who serves as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise clients and as a core partner to Tevora’s Sales, Consulting, and Executive Leadership teams. This role bridges cybersecurity strategy, solution architecture, and commercial execution across Tevora’s broad ecosystem of ~200 cybersecurity partners alongside our consulting offerings.

This individual operates as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and executive stakeholders—guiding them through solution evaluation, vendor rationalization, architecture modernization, and cybersecurity investment strategy as aligned to common compliance frameworks such as ISO, PCI, SOC, NIST, HITRUST, FedRAMP.

Key Responsibilities:

The architect must possess deep cross-domain cybersecurity expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, business-aligned solution architectures.

A day in the life could include:

  • Sales-driven mentality and technical ownership while partnering with Account Executives to support strategic sales opportunities and client engagements and advisory as a technical SME.
  • Own and lead discovery sessions to understand client business objectives, compliance framework needs, security challenges and security tooling architectural requirements.
  • Solution Architecture and the ability to assess, analyze, and rationalize tooling across vendors and multiple frameworks and Cybersecurity domains.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to maintain certifications, stay current on emerging technologies, and support joint client engagements.
  • Use case definition, documentation and thought leadership within specified Cybersecurity domains.
  • Contribute to internal enablement, thought leadership, solution development, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Necessary skills and qualifications:

    • Design and recommend security architectures across multiple key domains including but not limited to:
      • Security Operations and SOC Modernization
      • Identity and Access Management (IAM, PAM, IGA)
      • Cloud Security
      • Application Security and DevSecOps
      • Data Security and DSPM
      • Network Security, SASE, and Zero Trust
      • AI impact, usage and governance across all Cybersecurity domains
        • A detailed understanding of the role of a CISO and product differentiators
          • Excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills and ability to command a room and audience
          • Able to manage multiple tasks across many clients in the region simultaneously
          • At least 5 years of pre-sales consulting experience, ideally with a Security reseller or Consulting firm
  • Education / Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS field preferred.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, Security+, AWS/Azure Security certifications, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture experience.
  • Experience working for a cybersecurity reseller, systems integrator, MSSP, consulting firm, or security software vendor preferred.
  • What success looks like:

    Success in this role is measured by the ability to build trusted advisor relationships, drive sales pipeline, and being accountable for both resell and consulting efforts that contribute to support revenue growth. This is accomplished by delivering high-quality solution recommendations that help clients improve their cybersecurity posture through strategic technology adoption, aligning to framework and by partnering within the organization.
