Salary: Up to £29,399 depending on experience + 10% shift allowance (£32,338.90 total), plus company benefits
Location: Darwin House, Leeds Valley Park, Savannah Way, Leeds LS10 1AB
Contract: Full time, permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week worked Monday-Friday, 15:00 - 23:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break
Work model: Initial 6 months onsite, progressing to hybrid work

Purpose of the Role
You will be working with the team to support a high-profile client. You will be responsible for managing workflow, client relationships, and ensuring high-quality output.
The main responsibilities will include supporting the production of pitchbook-style materials for a Financial Advisory. Much of your work will be in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. This is an established team with a hybrid working model, and you will be expected to work autonomously, directly with clients, taking briefs and discussing their requirements.
Key Competencies
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel: Including charting and working with complex data in Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High Attention to Detail: Must work with precision, maintaining a creative eye for slide layouts
- Advanced Excel Charting: Capable of recreating charts from hard-copy materials
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is desirable
- Time Management and Pressure Handling: Able to manage workflow effectively and meet deadlines under pressure
- Client Interaction: Work directly with clients, taking briefs, and ensuring that their requirements are met
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Apply the client’s brand guidelines to all materials and ensure consistency across outputs
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the client team to support the production and amendments of presentations in PowerPoint
- Client Education and Consultation: Advise clients on the most effective technical and design solutions for layouts and influence them to choose functional and professional designs within their timeframes
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, managers, and IT personnel
- Leadership Support: Step up in the Team Leader’s absence to manage administrative and operational decisions
- Standards Compliance: Follow established standards and digital guidelines for branded materials
- Self-Development: Proactively engage in self-development, utilizing training materials and resources provided
- Stay Updated on Software and Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest software tools, equipment, and changes to client brand guidelines, communicating these updates to the team
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share best practices with team members to improve workflow and outcomes
