Work as part of the Process Engineering Project Team with specific responsibility for:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Process optimization.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Preparation and Development of basis of design, heat and mass balance, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment and instrument sizing and data sheet. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Hydraulic calculation, thermal rating of shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure relieving calculation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Process simulation (HYSYS/Pro\-II). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Estimation of utility consumption. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Preparation of operation manual. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Managing to the overseas engineering centers. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Interface & coordination design activities, managing to the process related parties, such as Client and the other EPC contractors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Work experience of more than 20 years in all facets of Process Engineering Design of large Oil & Gas/Petrochemical facility development. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of the following design software packages: <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Process Simulation Software: PROII, HYSYS <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Thermal Rating Software: HTRI<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Highly ethical \- accountable for actions and statements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and explain them to others. <\/span><\/span>
