Senior Process Manager
- Own end-to-end QA processes by proactively defining test scenarios, validating data logic, and ensuring high data quality
- Design and implement event-level data models including clickstream analysis, sessionization, and user stitching
- Validate tracking and instrumentation to ensure accurate data capture across platforms
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable data pipelines
- Identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and provide actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics) to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Clearly communicate data findings, issues, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Operate effectively in an offshore model with high ownership and accountability
