Senior Producer
You will embed into development teams and own the production rhythm to ensure the right features ship on time. You will run sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and approvals, build and maintain production plans, track progress daily, surface risks early, report status to stakeholders, and improve processes and tooling to increase delivery velocity.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production management for two development teams and run sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and approvals
- Build and maintain realistic production plans and track progress daily
- Raise risks early and hold the team accountable to commitments
- Report project status and flag blockers to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Partner on long-term roadmap and staffing planning with senior production leadership
- Champion continuous process improvement and drive adoption of tools and practices that increase delivery velocity
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in game development
- At least 3 years of hands-on production experience
- Proven pre-production planning experience and ability to negotiate timelines with stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of shipping features and closing out projects under pressure
- Delivery-first mindset balancing on-time quality with team wellbeing
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem solving
- Fluency in agile sprint-based workflows and familiarity with tools like Notion
- Experience with live service or forever franchise titles
