Senior Producer

Position Summary
The Senior Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-impact luxury events and brand experiences across North America and Europe. This role translates creative concepts into executable production plans and ensures each event is delivered with precision, operational excellence, and a high standard of client service.
Working closely with creative, technical, account, and vendor teams, the Senior Producer manages the full production lifecycle from briefing and planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up. This role maintains day-to-day client communication, drives internal alignment, and supports senior leadership on broader strategic matters and high-level client decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership and Delivery
Lead end-to-end production of brand experiences, including fashion shows, presentations, VIP events, and immersive activations.
Translate creative direction into clear production plans, schedules, and actionable deliverables.
Oversee project timelines, production schedules, and delivery milestones across multiple concurrent events.
Manage onsite execution and ensure seamless coordination among creative, technical, and production teams.
Prepare key production documentation, including briefs, run-of-show documents, timelines, and post-event recaps.
Identify production risks early and implement practical solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.
Client and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the day-to-day production contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the production lifecycle.
Partner with creative teams to align production feasibility, quality, timelines, and budget expectations.
Support senior leadership in strategic client conversations, key presentations, and high-stakes decision-making.
Translate client objectives into well-structured, production-ready execution plans.
Escalate sensitive issues, changing priorities, and complex client matters in a timely and appropriate manner.
Budget and Vendor Coordination
Manage production budgets with oversight from senior leadership.
Track spend, monitor variances, and support accurate reconciliation and reporting.
Source and coordinate vendors across venues, fabrication, technical production, and talent.
Support contract negotiations and ensure adherence to agreed scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Operational Excellence
Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, permitting requirements, and logistical standards.
Contribute to the development of internal production tools, templates, and best practices.
Stay current on trends in fashion, luxury, culture, and experiential production to strengthen execution quality.
Support continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience producing large-scale fashion, luxury, or high-profile brand events.
Strong hands-on production management experience delivering live events end-to-end.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable collaborating across creative, technical, and production teams.
Willingness to travel internationally and support onsite execution as required.
Compensation
$135,000–$150,000 annually
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
