SENIOR PRODUCT APPROVAL SPECIALIST - LAUNDRY
Are you passionate about product compliance and safety within technical products? We are now looking for a Senior Product Approval Specialist to join our team within R&D.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a specialist within the compliance domain, you will play a key role in ensuring that our laundry products meet global safety and regulatory standards.

You will join a small and experienced team of three colleagues. The team is responsible for maintaining and updating certifications across a broad portfolio of existing products, as well as supporting ongoing development projects.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20 active projects, primarily focused on keeping certifications up to date for existing products. This includes working closely with stakeholders such as R&D engineers, internal lab, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and external certification partners.

Key responsibilities

Maintain, update and manage product certifications for existing products.
Create specifications and test plans in line with applicable standards and regulations.
Interpret lab test data and support R&D in ensuring compliance.
Coordinate testing with internal labs and external third-party certification bodies.
Oversee and update technical files and certification documentation.
Evaluate engineering changes from a product compliance perspective.
Support risk assessments and provide compliance expertise across the organization.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Strong experience working with product compliance, standards, and certifications.
Knowledge of relevant standards, in particular the IEC 60335 standard series.
Experience from laundry products (washers/dryers) or similar equipment.
Preferably experience with gas-related products.
Solid understanding of product development and technical product lifecycles.

You are fluent in English, and Swedish is a strong advantage.
