Senior Product Designer - Loyalty

About the Company We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design Team and help shape the future of Loyalty, Rewards, and Engagement experiences at Super. About the Role In this role, you will work on product experiences that help customers discover, understand, earn, and use rewards across our digital products. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and other design teams to create engaging, responsible, and easy-to-use experiences. You will be part of a cross-functional product team and will help turn complex customer, business, and technical problems into clear, high-quality product experiences. Responsibilities * Work autonomously within a cross-functional product team. * Design end-to-end Loyalty and Rewards experiences across web and native platforms. * Create clear, engaging, and responsible customer journeys around rewards, progression, missions, benefits, promotions, and personalized offers. * Balance customer needs, business goals, responsible gaming considerations, design cohesion, and ease of implementation. * Lead or actively contribute to product discovery, including problem framing, ideation, prototyping, validation, and iteration. * Proactively gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. * Translate complex product mechanics into simple, understandable, and motivating user experiences. * Define information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and final UI designs. * Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, Researchers, and other Designers to bring ideas from insight to launch. * Monitor the performance of released experiences, identify learnings, and propose improvements. * Contribute to and use the design system to ensure consistency and quality across platforms. * Use AI tools to support your work while ensuring final decisions remain grounded in evidence, product context, and human judgment. * Own your professional growth and support other team members by providing feedback, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a strong design culture. Qualifications * Strong product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking. * Experience designing complex digital products across web and/or native platforms. * Strong UX skills and a deep understanding of user behavior, motivation, and decision-making. * Ability to simplify complex mechanics, systems, or flows into clear and intuitive customer experiences. * Strong UI craft and attention to detail. * Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. * Ability to use data, research, and product context to make informed design recommendations. * Strong planning, problem-framing, and strategic thinking skills. * Experience defining information architecture, user journeys, and interaction flows. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs. * Confidence working with cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Data, Research, and other Designers. * Expert proficiency in Figma. * A growth mindset and willingness to give and receive constructive feedback. * Practical experience using AI tools to support the design process. * Strong English language skills, both written and verbal. Bonus point * Experience designing loyalty, rewards, gamification, promotions, CRM, subscription, marketplace, or engagement products. * Experience working in sports entertainment, gaming, betting, or another regulated industry. * Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or performance optimization. * Strong motion design or micro-interaction skills.
