Senior Product Designer

You will lead end-to-end product design, taking work from research and concepting through high-fidelity UI and production-ready deliverables. You will collaborate with engineers and other designers to create simple, user-centered solutions, build prototypes, run tests with users, and iterate quickly. You will maintain and evolve the design system to ensure quality, accessibility, and visual consistency. You will contribute to design critiques, document decisions, and align design work with business and user goals while working in remote-first workflows.

• Drive end-to-end design from discovery to production

• Use prototypes and user feedback to test and validate ideas
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure quality and accessibility
• Contribute to design critiques and documentation
• Align design decisions with business and user goals

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing for digital products, ideally in SaaS or productivity software
• Skill in end-to-end product design including discovery, information architecture, high-fidelity UI, and prototyping
• Strong visual design sensibility and deep understanding of interaction and UX principles
• Commitment to craft and quality while being pragmatic about shipping
• Experience working on products or features powered by generative AI and comfortable applying AI for non-technical users
• Proficiency with Figma and comfort working with code to build prototypes
• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions to cross-functional teams
• Experience thriving in collaborative, iterative, asynchronous remote-first workflows
• Bonus: experience with presentation tools or collaboration software, or a passion for visual storytelling
