Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer I, you lead the design direction for key product initiatives while directly managing and mentoring a small team of designers. You blend creative expertise with user-centered principles to deliver elegant, scalable, and accessible solutions. You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products align with user needs and business goals, and you actively contribute to evolving our design system, processes, and culture.
You are highly skilled at navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and empowering your team to do their best work. You build strong partnerships across product, engineering, and research to deliver innovative experiences that drive measurable value.

What you’ll do
- Create a product that improves users’ lives (75k unique daily users, 4.6 ⭐at App Store) 👉 Learn more about the HCP product
- Translate product strategy into elegant, user-centered design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to validate decisions and uncover new insights
- Contribute to and advocate for design system standards, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the product
- Drive continuous improvement by refining design processes, tools, and team rituals
- Balance user needs with business goals to prioritize impactful design work
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership
- Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and inclusivity within the design team
- Demonstrate proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Proven people leadership experience, including mentoring designers and guiding design work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products across platforms
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
- Experience collaborating in agile product teams
- Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
- This position requires fluency in both Polish and English
