Senior Product Designer (UI/UX), AI/ML Tools

In this role, you will design intuitive and scalable experiences for AI training and evaluation tools, spanning workflows such as data annotation, evaluation, and visualization. You’ll partner closely with engineers, users, and product stakeholders to shape product direction from early concepts through execution. You’ll also play a key role in simplifying complex systems, rapidly prototyping ideas, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions. Minimum Qualifications Strong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail Proven experience designing complex systems, tools, or workflows Experience shipping high-quality, customer-facing products Ability to work through ambiguity and define clear solutions Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams Proficiency with Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud or other equivalent tools Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Must have portfolio demonstrating shipped work and design process Preferred Qualifications Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or visualization tools Background working on AI/ML, data platforms, or developer tools Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable frameworks Experience contributing to or building design systems Ability to rapidly iterate and prototype to explore multiple directions Proactive mindset with the ability to drive alignment and influence product direction
