About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive Canary's AI Voice product — the system that powers intelligent, real-time voice interactions between hotels and their guests. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and the day-to-day realities of enterprise hospitality, covering the full conversational AI lifecycle.
If you're technically curious, customer-focused, and energized by turning complex problems into great products, let's talk.
Responsibilities
Execute the roadmap for AI Voice — translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear plan for what ships and when.
Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance, and surface actionable improvements before customers feel the impact.
Engage directly with hotel clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points — staffing constraints, call volume spikes, multilingual guests — and turn them into product requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure to help prioritize platform investments around reliability, latency, and scale.
Track the KPIs that matter — resolution rate, accuracy, latency, containment — and use that data to inform prioritization and communicate progress.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success to keep teams aligned as new AI capabilities move from development into rollout.
Qualifications
5+ years in product management, with experience shipping AI, conversational AI, or technically complex SaaS products.
Enough technical fluency in conversational AI — LLMs, NLP, dialog management — to collaborate effectively with engineers and ask the right questions.
Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting product metrics to customer and business outcomes.
Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into what you build.
Ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned without direct authority.
Compensation
Target cash compensation ranges from $160,000 - $200,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
We also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work! Here are some of the additional benefits:
Canary Days: As a company we want to ensure that the team has time to recharge. Each month we provide company wide days off to ensure there is at least one extended weekend or day off.
Self Improvement Club: We meet each month and share our personal goals for the month. Each individual is provided a budget towards any purchases that help us achieve these goals.
Professional Development Chats: We provide budget to help drive cross functional professional development conversations across the organization.
Travel Reimbursement: Team members are able to visit our offices across New York, San Francisco or Dallas when they choose, and are provided a travel stipend for doing so. Spend time working with the team in their office, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city!
Personal Travel Reimbursement: If you stay at a hotel that Canary works with, we provide a credit towards your stay.
