What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute the Delivery Experience strategy, ensuring alignment between technology, operations, and supply chain teams.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer delivery experience, develop scalable solutions, and improve key success metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer service, and transportation, to build and launch new features that enhance delivery transparency and efficiency.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Delivery Experience, focusing on customer delivery transparency, checkout options, issue notifications, and customer service empowerment.

  • Lead data-driven product development, leveraging data warehousing, SQL, Tableau, and predictive modeling to build innovative delivery experience solutions.

  • Optimize key shopping, conversion, and buying experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless order completion and delivery tracking.

  • Define business and technical requirements by analyzing customer data, behavioral insights, and business objectives, transforming them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).

  • Drive A/B and multi-variate testing strategies to optimize customer engagement and product effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop self-service tools for customer service, content management, and site merchandising.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the delivery experience.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis, including forecasting and performance monitoring, to drive continuous product improvements.

  • Own the long-term strategy (3-5 years) for Delivery Experience, aligning product priorities with business goals.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study and 5 years of experience required as an Information Technology Project Manager or a related position/occupation.

  • Experience must include 5 years with:

    • eCommerce;

    • SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing;

    • Statistical models, UX analysis;

    • Analyzing complex data & generating insights;

    • Customer experience features & enhancements;

    • Business strategy, KPIs & customer experience metrics;

    • Advanced SQL & Data Analytics;

    • Business Intelligence & Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker);

    • Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana); and

    • ETL & Data Warehousing (Pipelines, Solutions).

  • Experience must also include:

    • A/B Testing Tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target);

    • API Integration & Microservices Architecture; and

    • Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning Applications.

The base salary range for this role is $206,000 to $225,500 per year

  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
