As we continue our international expansion, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager E-commerce Payments to define the next generation of payment solutions and help merchants maximize performance, conversion and customer experience.

Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll own the vision and strategy for our e-commerce payment offering.
You'll sit at the crossroads of business, technology and customer experience, building products that help merchants increase conversion, reduce fraud and succeed across international markets.
This is a strategic role with real impact, where your decisions will shape the future of our platform.
What You'll Own
Define the Product Vision
You'll create and drive an ambitious product roadmap aligned with our growth strategy.
You'll continuously monitor market trends, anticipate customer expectations and identify opportunities to strengthen Market Pay's competitive position within the rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.
From local merchants to international retailers, you'll ensure our products solve real business challenges while remaining scalable across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
Build Best-in-Class Payment Experiences
Every percentage point of conversion matters.
You'll optimize the online payment journey by designing features that improve authorization rates, streamline checkout experiences and increase customer satisfaction.
Working on initiatives such as Smart Routing, local payment methods, transaction retries and payment orchestration, you'll transform complex payment flows into frictionless experiences.
You'll also partner closely with fraud experts to strike the perfect balance between security, compliance and user experience.
Turn Strategy into Reality
Great ideas only matter if they ship.
Working alongside Product Architects and international Engineering teams, you'll transform strategic vision into scalable, resilient and secure products.
You'll prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility while navigating merchant requests, regulatory requirements and technical investments.
Be the Voice of the Customer
You'll spend time with merchants, Sales teams and strategic partners to understand evolving needs and uncover new opportunities.
Whether supporting major RFPs or validating product ideas with customers, you'll ensure every decision starts with solving real problems.
What You Bring
We're looking for a Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with deep payments expertise.
You have:
7β15 years of Product Management experience within Payments, FinTech, PSP, Acquiring or high-volume e-commerce.
A strong understanding of payment conversion, authorization optimization, fraud prevention and online checkout performance.
Experience building international products in regulated environments.
The ability to connect customer needs, commercial objectives and technical execution.
A data-driven mindset and excellent prioritization skills.
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional and international teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Most importantly, you're curious, collaborative and excited by solving complex problems that impact millions of transactions.
