Our Payment & Merchant Services team has an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join Merchant Product and Solutions and help strengthen how we manage, grow, and optimise our Merchant Acquiring portfolio.

What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Build and grow Merchant Acquiring data capability by establishing scalable data foundations, analytical datasets, and reporting structures aligned to product needs.
Lead prototype-to-production delivery by developing rapid data solutions for immediate business needs, then partnering with Technology and Data teams to scale them safely.
Support product and commercial decision-making through pricing, performance, portfolio, and decision analytics.
Use advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve portfolio visibility, identify opportunities and risks, and generate better insight into third-party service delivery.
Protect data integrity through transformation by managing impacts across systems, processes, platforms, reporting, and product constructs as the Merchant Acquiring environment evolves.

The role requires balancing immediate business needs with scalable, well-governed data and reporting solutions. You’ll need to bring structure to ambiguity, work across multiple teams, and ensure data integrity is protected as products, systems, and reporting evolve.
What skills will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
We are seeking someone who can combine strong product management capability with deep data, analytics, and commercial judgement. You’ll be comfortable working across Product, Technology, Data, and commercial stakeholders, translating complex information into clear insight and practical actions. You will also bring:
Deep capability in data, analytics, and insight-led decision support.
Proven ability to operate across multiple teams such as Product, Technology, and Data to deliver business outcomes.
Strong experience building scalable data and reporting capability.
A commercially astute mindset, with the ability to influence pricing, performance, and portfolio decisions.
Experience applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility and identify opportunities.
