Senior Product Manager, Product Operations

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support product operations, release readiness, regulatory execution, and cross-functional delivery across the Oracle Health EHR portfolio.

This role is well suited for a flexible product leader who can operate across product, engineering, regulatory, clinical, legal, QA, and business stakeholders. The person in this role may not directly own a single product area at first, but will help create structure, visibility, and execution discipline across complex initiatives that impact multiple product teams and lines of business.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management judgment with technical program management discipline. They should be comfortable turning ambiguous asks into clear plans, owners, work items, success measures, and follow-through. They should also understand the importance of regulated software development in healthcare IT, including concepts related to medical device classification, conformity documentation, safety and performance expectations, and regulatory readiness. Deep medical device certification expertise is not required, but the candidate must be able to partner effectively with regulatory, clinical, legal, and engineering teams.

This position will help strengthen how Oracle Health defines, tracks, governs, and delivers product work in a regulated healthcare environment, with emphasis on operational rigor, release management, documentation quality, and accountable execution.

Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept to launch.
Experience working with healthcare interoperability, healthcare data exchange, revenue cycle management, healthcare transaction services, or clinical workflow solutions.
Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or data-driven platforms.

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and technologies such as FHIR, HL7, APIs, EDI/X12, or related frameworks.
Experience using data, analytics, customer insights, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience with Oracle Health products, healthcare providers, payers, revenue cycle vendors, clearinghouses, or interoperability platforms.
Experience with prior authorization, claims management, eligibility verification, remittance processing, referrals, attachments, or related revenue cycle workflows.

Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycles, model evaluation methodologies, and responsible AI practices.
Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and related compliance frameworks.
