Senior Product Manager (Retail)

Overview

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing digital commerce and omnichannel products across the SEAO region. Partner with business, technology, design, analytics, and global teams to drive customer experience, conversion, and business growth through data-driven product innovation and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Drive customer experience, conversion, and operational improvements through analytics and AI.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
  • Prioritize initiatives, build business cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Leverage customer insights, experimentation, and A/B testing to enhance product performance.
  • Lead AI initiatives including personalization, recommendation engines, automation, and digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Ecommerce, or Omnichannel Product Leadership.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery for customer-facing digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce technologies such as CMS, PIM, SAP Hybris, Commerce Tools, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leveraging analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to drive business and customer outcomes.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products such as personalization engines, recommendation systems, chatbots, predictive analytics, or automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and digital commerce best practices.
  • Experience within the Retail, Luxury, Fashion, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industry.
