Where and how you’ll work

Singapore
Big things are happening in Singapore - and we’re just getting started. Together with our global HQ in Sydney, Australia, we combine local insight with global thinking to unlock creativity across the region. From expanding access to education to empowering communities, our Singapore team is helping more people design with confidence.

While Singapore is a primary focus for this role, we're also open to candidates based in Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia.

What you’ll be working on

As Canva continues to grow, change is part of how we move forward. That means the role you step into today will likely evolve right alongside you.

You’ll work on compelling challenges that matter at scale from day one:

  • Own and drive the SEA product roadmap, setting a compelling vision that ensures Canva feels truly local across Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia

  • Identify high-impact, market-specific product opportunities by working closely with in-region teams and leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights

  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Content to ensure SEA priorities are embedded in global roadmaps

  • Serve as the key connector between SEA market needs and global product teams — translating local user insights into scalable product bets

  • Champion localised user experiences: advocate for regional nuances in onboarding flows, payment preferences, content, and UX

  • Drive product readiness and entry plans for high-growth SEA markets

  • Synthesise complex user needs across four diverse markets into prioritised, measurable product initiatives

You'll thrive in this role if you have

  • Extensive experience in product management, including owning product strategy and working in cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience shipping products in Southeast Asia or comparable emerging markets — with genuine understanding of cultural, commercial, and user dynamics

  • Strong communicator and cross-functional leader who builds alignment across global teams

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; approaches product decisions from first principles

  • User-obsessesion — deeply curious about behaviours, friction, and delight across diverse audiences

  • Experience in a B2C environment with a track record of driving user engagement and growth
