What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, delivery, go-to-market execution, adoption, and ongoing optimization of customer-facing capabilities across our global payments and FX platform.
This role will work closely with commercial, operational, technology, and external stakeholders to build a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities—with an initial focus on stablecoin-enabled capabilities—to help shape the customer experience in sending, receiving, and managing funds.
The Senior Product Manager will own the online customer experience across stablecoin-involved workflows, including wallet and balance visibility, payment initiation, settlement, reporting, conversion, and related operational workflows. Working closely with Design and Engineering, they will translate customer and business needs into scalable, commercially impactful solutions.
This individual will serve as the bridge across stakeholders to ensure product investments align with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes. They will own discovery, prioritization, execution oversight, and post-launch performance measurement across multiple initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for stablecoin-involved initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Prioritize features based on business value, ROI, customer impact, technical feasibility, and level of effort
- Establish shared vision and alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams
- Translate strategic business goals into actionable product initiatives and delivery plans
- Partner with business and commercial stakeholders to understand customer pain points, operational challenges, and market demands
- Conduct ongoing product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, user feedback, analytics, and market research
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and adoption
- Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, and release planning activities
- Write and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Drive clarity around scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality expectations
- Perform competitive analyses and industry research to identify emerging trends, capabilities, and opportunities within the payments ecosystem
- Evaluate market opportunities and develop business cases supporting strategic investments
- Partner with stakeholders to validate concepts, assess feasibility, and define MVP approaches
- Lead cross-functional product launches in partnership with Operations, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption targets for product initiatives
- Monitor post-launch performance and adoption
- Establish corrective action plans and optimization strategies when business outcomes or adoption targets are not achieved
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Influence decision-making across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management within B2B Payments, FinTech, Corporate Payments, or related financial technology solutions
- Strong experience managing customer-facing digital products with a focus on usability and workflow efficiency
- Understanding of stablecoins and emerging payment infrastructure, including application within domestic and cross-border payment workflows; direct product experience a plus
- Experience partnering closely with UX/UI designers, commercial stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric product solutions
- Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on ROI, customer value, business impact, risk, and engineering effort
- Experience leading Agile product development teams using Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support decision-making
- Experience conducting product discovery, customer research, journey mapping, and competitive analysis
- Proven ability to launch products and measure success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and operational outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools preferred

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is CAD 141 000 – CAD 176 000 , based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided
