Role Overview:<\/b>
<\/p>

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the\ndevelopment of the Wadhwani Innovation Platform, which will drive commercialization\nin three ways:
<\/p>

1. Establish\n a unified system for effective researcher support <\/b>so that grant\-funded\n researchers receive programmatic assistance in areas of critical need\n while also fulfilling their grant reporting requirements.
   <\/li>
2. Build\n researchers\u2019 entrepreneurship capacity <\/b>via online programming \-\- such\n as playbooks, curated/proprietary content, expert sessions, and targeted\n WIN staff support \-\- in key commercialization topics, customized by sector.
   <\/li>
3. Connect\n researchers to personalized live assistance from a resource network <\/b>of\n mentors, experts, and investors, incubators, accelerators, service\n providers, and funding organizations that can provide direct assistance in\n the translation journey.
   <\/li><\/ol>

   The ideal candidate brings strong technical product\ndevelopment experience combined with demonstrated success in building solutions\nthat effectively meet users\u2019 needs. This candidate has demonstrated experience\nin building impactful, high\-usage products in the fields of (a)\nentrepreneurship support, (b) entrepreneurial Learning & Development, and (c)\nmentor networks, while also bringing deep exposure to India\u2019s research,\ninnovation, and/or startup ecosystems.
   <\/p>

   The Senior Product Manager will report to the Global Chief\nProduct Officer and will work closely with the Wadhwani Engineering and Design\nTeams in development of the Wadhwani Innovation Platform. This role will also\nsupervise a Content Manager who will lead the content curation and development\neffort in partnership with the Wadhwani Content Team. The Senior Product\nManager must be available in the evenings IST for connects with the Global\nChief Product Officer and CEO, who are based in the U.S.
   <\/p>

   Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
   <\/p>

   1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Overall Product Leadership<\/b>
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify\nkey program and user needs.
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop\ncorresponding requirements and success metrics for the Wadhwani Innovation Platform.
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nwith Engineering and Design teams to build or customize platform features,\ntaking full advantage of AI technologies as appropriate.
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent\nthe platform to external stakeholders as required.
   <\/p>

   2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Unified Researcher Support<\/b>
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design\nand develop a new researcher support system that enables researchers to\nefficiently submit reports on their grant progress (via WIN\u2019s existing Grants\nManagement tool) while also obtaining support in areas of critical needs
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Enable\nintegrated tracking and monitoring, with data aggregation and disaggregation
   <\/p>

   3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Entrepreneurship Capacity\-Building<\/b>
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and scale programs that equip researchers\nwith translation and startup skills.
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Embed founder\-readiness content (videos,\nplaybooks, templates) and expert\-led master\-clases into researcher journeys
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee Content staff in instructional design decisions\nand in operationalizing content development and curation.
   <\/p>

   4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Resource Network<\/b>
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee\ndevelopment and implementation of algorithms to efficiently match researchers\nwith mentors, experts, investors, incubators, accelerators, service providers,\nand funding organizations.
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and deliver tools to capture expert\ninsights and track usage, outcomes, and satisfaction to continuously improve\nnetwork quality.
   <\/p>

   Required Experience:<\/b>
   <\/p>

   · <\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years experience in software product development,\nwith 5+ years experience in one or more of (a) business entrepreneurship\nsupport, (b) Learning & Development, and (c) start\-up or business mentor\nnetworks
   <\/p>

   • Experience managing data\-rich, multi\-feature\n platforms that integrate learning, CRM, and/or workflow tools
     <\/li><\/ul>

     · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strongly preferred: Experience overseeing\ncontent development
     <\/p>

     · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strongly preferred: Experience in innovation,\nresearch translation, and/or startup incubation
     <\/p>

     • Demonstrated experience building and managing\n high\-performing teams across diverse functions.
       <\/li>
     • Strong relationship and stakeholder management\n skills, combined with excellent execution skills.
       <\/li><\/ul>

       Required Qualification:<\/b>

       • Master\u2019s degree in business, science, or\n engineering fields
