Senior Product Owner

You will run the engineering operating system across projects: own backlog hygiene, track delivery and milestones, surface slippage early, and summarize outcomes for leadership. You will work daily with engineering managers and engineers, keep a clear read on what ships and when, and close gaps in process, tooling, reporting, and coordination without prompting. You will build and maintain KPI dashboards using AI-assisted tooling, coordinate outsourced contributors and peers, enforce workflow conventions and automated sweeps, provide roadmap and GTM input, and handle operational tasks such as software license procurement and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog hygiene including definition of ready, epic decomposition, dependencies, labels, and stale-issue cleanup
• Track delivery and milestones and flag slippage early
• Produce weekly outcome-level delivery summaries for leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards that tie user stories to shipped outputs using AI tooling
• Coordinate cross-team work including outsourced contributors, business development, and product peers
• Define and enforce process and tooling conventions and automated sweeps
• Provide roadmap and go-to-market sequencing and feasibility input
• Perform operational tasks including software license procurement and event logistics
• Enforce Definition of Ready and set priority within agreed initiatives

Requirements

• Five or more years in technical product ownership, delivery management, or technical program management
• Demonstrated ownership of an engineering backlog at scale (Linear, Jira, or similar)
• Track record of taking initiative to spot gaps, propose fixes, and ship them independently
• Working understanding of GitHub, pull requests, CI/CD, and testing practices
• Technical literacy in Bitcoin, BitVM, Cardano, and cross-chain bridging sufficient to triage
• Strong written communication and summary-level reporting skills
• Comfort building lightweight dashboards using modern AI-assisted tooling
• Bonus: prior crypto or Web3 engineering exposure and experience with distributed contributors
