    • Efficient in Business Analysis techniques like Business Process Modeling (BPM), MOSCOW Technique, Requirement Ranking Method, 100 Dollar method, Kano Analysis, SWOT Analysis and RCA<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Lead\n product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews and market\n research<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong background in business analysis, excellent Product and project management skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Facilitate\n stakeholder alignment and communicate product decisions across the\n organization<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Drive\n integration strategies with third\-party enterprise systems and platforms<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Efficient\n in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint for documentation and presentation, MS\n Excel, and SQL for Data Analysis.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Define and monitor key product metrics including\nadoption, engagement, and retention<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Recognize\n and adopt best practices in analysis, design, build, test design,\n validation, and documentation. <\/span>

    • Availed\n good knowledge in agile methodologies and techniques \- Agile (Scrum) \-\n Creating, Maintaining User Stories.<\/span>

    • Expertise in using leading industry tools like\nAzure DevOps to develop various project deliverables and understand work.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
