Senior Program Manager, Memory Supply Planning and Operations

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of planning program managers, fostering career development and a collaborative culture.
- Own comprehensive supply planning and fulfillment (Purchase Orders (POs), supplier commits, logistics), presenting demand-supply analysis and risks to executive leadership
- Partner with commodity management, finance, and NPI teams to align deployment plans, manage constraints, and optimize allocations.
- Oversee the full memory component lifecycle, defining NPI strategies and managing End of Life (EOL) transitions to minimize Excess and Obsolete (E&O) risks.
- Drive continuous improvements in SAP, Kinaxis rapidresponse, and E2Open, using deep analytics to optimize supplier allocations and plan accuracy.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in memory supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience managing supply operations for memory/SSD/HBM parts for the data center supply chain.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in analytics/SQL/BigQuery.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership for an end-to-end life-cycle and knowledge of the tools and elements of project management.
