<\/h2>The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading\ncomplex, cross\-functional programs that deliver and enhance myZoi\u2019s product\necosystem. Reporting into the Enterprise PMO, the role translates strategic,\nproduct, and regulatory objectives into structured programs comprising multiple\ninterdependent projects.<\/span>

<\/div>- Lead end\-to\-end delivery of large,\nmulti\-workstream programs spanning myZoi\u2019s product landscape.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Structure programs into clearly defined\nprojects, workstreams, milestones, and outcomes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure programs are delivered on time,\nwithin scope, budget, and quality expectations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Product &\nBusiness Alignment<\/span>
<\/h3>- Partner closely with Product Management\nto translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain strong understanding of myZoi\u2019s\nproducts, customer journeys, and operating model.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure alignment between customer\nexperience, regulatory requirements, and technical implementation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Governance, Control\n& PMO Alignment<\/span>
<\/h3>- Deliver programs in line with standards,\ngovernance frameworks, delivery methodologies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Establish and manage integrated program\nplans, RAID logs, and change control processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide consolidated, high\-quality\nreporting to PMO governance forums and senior leader<\/a>ship.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure governance remains lightweight,\nvalue\-driven, and aligned to industry\-standard frameworks rather than bespoke\ninternal processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Cross\-Functional\nStakeholder Management<\/span>
<\/h3>- Lead coordination across Technology,\nProduct, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external partners.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Act as the single point of contact for\nprogram\-level risks and issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Facilitate steering committees, PODs,\nand decision forums.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Risk, Compliance\n& Regulatory Delivery<\/span>
<\/h3>- Ensure programs address all relevant\nrisk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with Risk and Compliance\nteams to embed controls into design and delivery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and\nremediation initiatives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Financial &\nResource Management<\/span>
<\/h3>- Own program\-level budgets, forecasts,\nand financial tracking in partnership with Finance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage resource planning across multiple\ndelivery teams and vendors.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee third\-party and vendor delivery\nwhere applicable.<\/span>

<\/h2>Experience<\/span>
<\/h3>- 12\-15+ years of experience in program/project\nmanagement within fintech (Digital Product)/financial services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience delivering complex,\nproduct\-led programs in regulated environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in leading regulatory enabled\nstrategic programs<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong track record working with PMOs\nand enterprise governance frameworks.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with tech delivery\ncoordination in hybrid mode with cloud native in\-house built\nplatform/outsourced delivery model.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Skills &\nExpertise<\/span>
<\/h3>- Experience operating within Lean\-Agile\ndelivery models, including PI planning and structured prioritization\nframeworks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to apply standardized industry\nframeworks (e.g., SAFe principles, Agile governance) without adding unnecessary\nprocess.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of fintech product\nlifecycles and end\-to\-end delivery.
\- Excellent program structuring, dependency management, and execution skills.
\- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
\- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models and tools (JIRA,\nConfluence).<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience in orchestrating Product,\nOperations and Technology, SLODs, commercial, Business Development and external\npartners.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to understand the strategic and\nfinancial implications of trade\-offs and translate them into the program\ndelivery scope and requirements.<\/span>
