Senior Program Manager-UP

We\nare looking for a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to lead field operations and\nprogram delivery across assigned districts in Uttar Pradesh. The SPM will\nmanage a team of Program Managers and District Coordinators, drive scale and\nquality of our Teacher Professional Development (TPD) and Parent Program (PP)\nverticals, and play a key role in government engagement and institutional\nhandover.<\/span>

This\nis a hybrid role \u2014 you will split time between field presence in UP districts\nand remote coordination. It demands someone who is equally comfortable in an\nAnganwadi centre and a government review meeting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p><\/div>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Own end\-to\-end program\ndelivery across launch and mature districts \u2014 covering AWW mapping, beat\ncoverage, activation, and training completion targets.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead and mentor a team of\nProgram Managers and District Coordinators; build their capacity through\nstructured skill\-building and regular coaching.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive learning outcome\nimprovement for AWWs \u2014 including KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, Practice)\nassessments in digital literacy, SEL, and early numeracy.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage government\nrelationships at the district and block level; support champion officer\nengagement and work toward program institutionalisation.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure quality of parent\nprogram delivery \u2014 coverage, activation, and parent learning engagement\nmetrics.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with central\nteams (Product, Finance, HR) as a SPOC for cross\-functional initiatives, funder\nvisits, and new pilots.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor group activity and\ncontent hygiene across TP WhatsApp groups; ensure DC\-level monitoring is\nrigorous and consistent.<\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deliver monthly funder\nreports, maintain program documentation, and contribute to organisational\nlearning.<\/span>
