Senior Program Manager-UP
We\nare looking for a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to lead field operations and\nprogram delivery across assigned districts in Uttar Pradesh. The SPM will\nmanage a team of Program Managers and District Coordinators, drive scale and\nquality of our Teacher Professional Development (TPD) and Parent Program (PP)\nverticals, and play a key role in government engagement and institutional\nhandover.<\/span> This\nis a hybrid role \u2014 you will split time between field presence in UP districts\nand remote coordination. It demands someone who is equally comfortable in an\nAnganwadi centre and a government review meeting.
