Role Title: Senior Program Manager
About the role
Your primary goal is to ensure that our creative teams can deliver groundbreaking work that exceeds client expectations, within agreed budgets and timelines. You’ll create project proposals and partner with our clients to write clear creative briefs. You’ll manage budgets and timelines, gather creative feedback, and keep your teams informed. You’ll be a central point of contact for clients, and a key representative of our agency.
Our work ranges from large-scale websites to smaller microsites. We also do plenty of
email, social, and display ad campaigns, plus brand identity work (logo design and
naming). So, you should be comfortable with managing diverse types of creative
projects with multiple dependencies, ensuring that those projects are delivered
on-time and on-budget, and being a key point of client contact.
This specific role will be focused on leading a large scale CRM/ email program.
We mastered the art of working remotely since long before “corona” meant anything other than a tasty beverage, so much of your work will be withfully-remote team members located across North America.
What you’ll be doing
● Collaborate closely with Factor account lead, creative leads, designers,writers, and other program managers.
● Schedule internal and client-facing meetings.
● Create custom project plans based on the project need since not all projects have the same requirements.
● Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
● Be a key point of client contact.
● Collaborate closely with client campaign managers, production teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
● Be very flexible and adaptable to client feedback.
● Proactive in reaching out to and working with clients and stakeholders on
feedback and open questions.
● Ensure the creative team maintains consistency in content across all emails in the program ecosystem.
● Manage resources within this account’s team and more broadly with other
project managers at Factor.
● Work with the agency’s leadership to create project proposals with budgets and
timelines, and get approval on those proposals
Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in a related field
● Must have CRM experience on either the agency or client side. Bonus for managing design systems within comms or CRM ecosystems.
● Must have experience as a client-facing program manager at either an interactive creative agency or an in-house creative department for a well-respected brand.H
● Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
● An ability to accept (and thrive on) constant change: deliverables,timelines, budgets, and so forth.
● A multitasker who can successfully manage multiple projects ranging from small to very large in scope on current project schedules
● A highly detail-oriented professional who is able to stay on top of the smallest of details on all projects.
● Proven track record of effectively collaborating with creative and web development teams, understanding their multi-layered workflows, and facilitating seamless communication by clearly articulating concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
● Demonstrated ability to solve difficult technical problems, employing critical and analytical thinking and innovative solutions.
