Overview:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>This position is a mid\-senior level full\-time position whose principal aim is to help enhance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>early childhood education in the state. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Program Lead and be<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>responsible for recruiting, supervising, and developing District Coordinators (DCs).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

2. Build strong relationships with the state and district government stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

3. Translate data from the field into insights. Create goals based on those insights, broken down into<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>small, actionable milestones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

4. Hold regular meetings to collaborate with govt partners, understand their work, and build personal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

5. Be close to the "customers": regularly meet with the children, their parents, Anganwadi workers, and district<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>and block level officials and build relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
