Working in close conjunction with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and other key government entities, our Delhi programmes aim to build the capacity of educators, streamline academic interventions, and strengthen institutional frameworks at the foundational level. The Senior Associate \u2013 Delhi PMU is a critical execution\-focused role within Peepul's Delhi team. This position serves as an essential bridge between strategic programme planning and ground\-level implementation across MCD zones.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The ideal candidate is a driven, detail\-oriented, and collaborative professional who can independently manage day\-to\-day project activities, <\/span>maintain <\/span>robust tracking systems, liaise effectively with zonal and school\-level government officials, and support the Project Manager in the seamless delivery of programme <\/span>objectives. Programme Implementation & Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

Support the end\-to\-end implementation of Peepul's educational interventions across MCD zones, ensuring adherence to programme timelines, quality benchmarks, and strategic goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Assist<\/span> <\/span>in the design, roll\-out, and documentation of academic support activities targeting teachers, Mentor Teachers, and school leaders within MCD\-administered schools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Coordinate with zonal\-level officials, school principals, and Mentor Teachers to <\/span><\/span>facilitate<\/span> <\/span>smooth and <\/span><\/span>timely<\/span> <\/span>delivery of programme activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Track and document programme deliverables across assigned zones and flag deviations from planned milestones to the Senior Project Manager <\/span><\/span>in a timely manner<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Monitoring, Reporting & Data Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

Maintain <\/span><\/span>accurate<\/span> <\/span>and up\-to\-date records of programme progress, field visits, and intervention outcomes across all assigned zones.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and data summaries for internal review and submission to government partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Proactively <\/span><\/span>identify<\/span> <\/span>emerging implementation challenges at the zonal level and escalate issues with relevant context and proposed solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Stakeholder Engagement & Government Liaison<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

Develop and <\/span><\/span>maintain<\/span> <\/span>strong working relationships with MCD officials, zonal education <\/span><\/span>officials'<\/span> <\/span>functionaries, and school\-level staff.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Coordinate and follow up on government correspondence, meeting action points, and inter\-departmental communications under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Educational Background:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>A relevant educational background in Education, Social Sciences, Consulting, Public Policy, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Work Experience: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>We value both professional and personal experience. Candidates with 2\-4 years of experience leading and managing education\-related projects, preferably within the public school system or education non\-profits particularly in areas such as project management, monitoring <\/span><\/span>units<\/span> <\/span>or educational interventions. Or experience of managing project management units for government projects. Preference will be given to candidates who also have direct classroom and teaching experience, ideally within the government school system.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
