    Peepul has been partnering with the School Education Department, Govt of Madhya Pradesh, for multiple years now. Working closely with the state bureaucratic leadership, Peepul has played a meaningful role in strengthening the education system of the state.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The partnership has been a successful one \u2013 with national and international recognition of the work. <\/span>The PM SHRI (Prime Minister Schools for Rising India) <\/span><\/span>programme<\/span> <\/span>is a flagship initiative of the Government of India to create model government schools that embody the spirit of the <\/span>National Education Policy 2020\u2014focusing on joyful learning, holistic development, and excellence in teaching and leadership.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    In Madhya Pradesh, Peepul partners with the Department of School Education (DPI) to strengthen the implementation of the PM SHRI <\/span><\/span>programme<\/span> <\/span>across <\/span>799 <\/span>schools, building capacities of school leaders and teachers, improving school processes, and enabling data\-driven decision\-making at every level.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    About the role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>(Senior) Project Associate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>will <\/span><\/span>be responsible for<\/span> <\/span>ensuring high\-quality on\-ground execution of Peepul\u2019s school\-improvement initiatives. The role combines strategic understanding with operational execution \u2014 translating <\/span><\/span>programme<\/span> <\/span>design into visible <\/span><\/span>change<\/span> <\/span>in schools and districts.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The position requires strong collaboration with government counterparts, teachers, and school leaders, as well as with Peepul\u2019s internal teams on content, training, and monitoring. Each associate will anchor implementation across assigned districts and schools, regularly visit schools to provide on\-site support, and contribute to capacity\-building efforts for teachers and officials.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • To support project design and delivery:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Collaborate with senior government stakeholders and Peepul's leadership for project design, development, and implementation.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
        • Build consensus among all stakeholders <\/span><\/span>regarding<\/span> <\/span>the program's vision and <\/span><\/span>objectives<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
          • Provide<\/span> <\/span>ground\-level insights to inform design of learning materials, training plans, and monitoring tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
            • Define success metrics and communicate them effectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
              • Work with the M&E team and external experts to develop <\/span><\/span>appropriate project<\/span> <\/span>evaluation tools, including academic assessment.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                • To ensure best\-in\-class project implementation:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>

                  • Lead day\-to\-day implementation across assigned geographies, coordinating with education officials and school leaders.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                    • Conduct regular school visits for classroom observations, teacher and leader support, and process monitoring.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                      • Facilitate professional learning communities, review meetings, and capacity\-building sessions at block or district level.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
                        <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                        • Develop and <\/span><\/span>maintain<\/span> <\/span>effective work\-planning and tracking systems to ensure <\/span><\/span>timely<\/span> <\/span>and high\-quality delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                          • Utilise data and field insights to <\/span><\/span>identify<\/span> <\/span>implementation gaps and support corrective actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                            • Document promising practices and contribute to recognition mechanisms that <\/span><\/span>showcase<\/span> <\/span>school and teacher <\/span><\/span>achievements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                                        • Educational Background:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A relevant educational background in <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
                                          <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                                          • Work Experience: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>We value both professional and personal experience. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidates with 2\-4 years of experience in project management and implementation, preferably in education or development projects. Preference will be given to candidates who also have direct classroom teaching experience, ideally within the government school system<\/span> <\/span>for <\/span><\/span>atleast<\/span> <\/span>2\-3 years.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
