Senior Project Engineer
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, lead execution, monitor and control assigned\nengineering projects/operations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Formulate project parameters, assign responsibilities to project team\nand monitor for efficiency.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead in project/engineering CAD analysis and development for various\nprojects/operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Interact with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and\nrepresenting them in the field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and\npersonnel performance, reporting on the project status.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for\npurpose.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies,\nperformance standards and specifications Interpret clients\u2019 requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Spearhead overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans,\npersonnel\u2019s performance) and report regularly on project status to the lead\nengineer/project manager. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Review engineering deliverables (SOW, CADs, etc.) as may assigned by\nthe lead and prepare required project and operation management documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Attend site visits to scope job prospective projects and operations,\nperform scope synthesis and CTR alignment for the SCM/Proposal team, including\npreparation of requisite engineering/project deliverable documents<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Review engineering tasks and initiate necessary corrective actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Establish field test methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support the BD/Sales team in sales presentation/visit as may be\nnecessary/requested.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Drive Company's QHSE expectations in assigned projects and operations,\nincluding HSE performance reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate/lead/manage other junior and associate project engineers as\nwell as technical personnel as may be required in operations and project execution\nfrom time to time.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering\nor relevant field from a reputable university<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Project Management\nTraining (Mandatory requirement with proofs)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Project Management\nProfessional (PMP) certification is a plus<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- MBA/MSc (Added\nAdvantage)<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- 10 \- 14\nyears\u2019 work experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum of 6 years of\nconstruction project management experience<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven experience in\nproject and operations management
