As a Senior Project Manager | Senior Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, as well as manage project teams and communicate with stakeholders, working with clients across the firm.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop project management plans, scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Define project governance and structure.
  • Prioritise and coordinate delivery across multiple projects, managing dependencies, trade-offs, and competing demands.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams (technology, business, change and vendors), setting clear expectations and driving high standards of delivery performance.
  • Deliver outcomes across both technical implementation and business process transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
  • Lead governance and engage senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and operating effectively within complex and challenging environments to drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance across a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources and value delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and remove roadblocks for the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stream or multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA), including risk management and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex and challenging environments and influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and balance competing demands across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of delivery excellence and high-performing project teams, with the ability to uplift team standards and outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets and balancing investment against delivery priorities
