Senior Project Manager (contract)
You will be Responsible for:
Lead implementations from initiation through production deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and exceptional quality standards with a focus on customer satisfaction
Create comprehensive project documentation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination from kick-off through successful transition to RecordPoint Support
Serve as the liaison between the customer stakeholders and internal teams, a maintaining transparent communication and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
You will do:
Design comprehensive project roadmaps through collaboration with clients, sales teams, customer success managers, and implementation specialists. This includes providing detailed cost estimates, resource allocations, milestone frameworks, deliverable schedules, and communication strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Champion project success by proactively managing scope, timelines, and budgets while navigating change requests to maximize customer value.
Deliver transparent progress reporting to customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project health, milestones, and financial tracking
Identify and address potential risks early with strategic mitigation plans, safeguarding customer implementations and business outcomes
Partner with clients through regular reviews to align project direction with their evolving business goals and uncover opportunities for enhanced solution value
Collaborate closely alongside Customer Success Managers and customers to develop Joint Value Plans
About You:
Education and Experience:

7+ years managing enterprise cloud implementations, with data management experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business / IT or equivalent experience

Proven track record of leading complex technology projects with direct business impact

Deep understanding of current technology landscape and project management methodologies

Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive successful customer outcomes

Experience leading both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches with customers
