Senior Project Manager - Electrical
- Lead electrical engineering for power distribution (HV/LV, UPS, generators, earthing, lightning protection, EV charging, solar & storage, metering)
- Oversee building services (lighting, fire alarm, public address, gas detection, structured cabling)
- Drive process design compliance (functional safety, SIL trips, HAC reviews, explosion protection)
- Prepare technical requirements, manage design contractors, review deliverables and specifications
- Ensure SHE, GMP, and relevant industry standards are embedded in design
- Identify value engineering opportunities, support procurement, planning, and construction queries
- Provide technical guidance to work package owners and maintain design assurance reporting
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial projects
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Registered Electrical Engineer (or equivalent professional certification)
- Solid knowledge of LV/HV power distribution, UPS, generators, earthing, and lightning protection systems
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., IEC 61511, SIL) and Hazardous Area Classification (IEC 60079 series)
- Experience with pharmaceutical quality/SHE requirements is highly desirable
- Proven experience in design contractor management and design review across BD/DD stages
- Understanding of GMP, SHE regulations, and industrial building services

- High integrity and professional standards, committed to quality and deadlines
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); technical report writing capability
