Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead enterprise Java-based delivery projects, including emerging AI initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities — we are seeking someone with strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management capabilities, and sufficient technical understanding to effectively navigate architecture discussions, engineering challenges, and delivery risks. Key responsibilities include: Own and drive end-to-end delivery for enterprise Java-based and AI-related initiatives Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and engineering stakeholders Drive execution, manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery outcomes Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews Manage delivery tracking and prioritization through Jira and Agile delivery processes Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to understand technical challenges and proactively mitigate delivery risks Ensure effective stakeholder communication, expectation management, and delivery transparency Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team engagement in dynamic, fast-changing environments

SKILLS

Must have

• Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager in enterprise software development environments Strong delivery ownership with the ability to drive execution and ensure successful outcomes Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Technical and/or consulting background with the ability to understand Java-based architecture, engineering challenges, and delivery risks Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies Strong hands-on experience with Jira for delivery planning and tracking Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving technologies and priorities
