(Senior) Project Manager

Role Summary:
This role offers an opportunity to lead regulatory and business-critical projects within the insurance domain, driving end-to-end delivery with strong governance and stakeholder alignment. The role directly contributes to the organization’s mission by ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions that support product governance and customer trust. You will gain hands-on experience in complex project environments, including cost/resource management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership. Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
  • Manage resource planning, cost tracking, and variance analysis
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate across business, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment
  • Prepare project documentation and governance materials


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in cost/resource management and stakeholder coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong documentation and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance or financial services projects
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., product governance, data protection, AML)
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with core insurance systems and related technologies
  • Experience working in a global or cross-regional environment
