Senior Project Manager (Marine Operations / Afloat Repairs)

βοΈ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage marine projects including afloat repairs, offshore works, and inspections
- Oversee full project lifecycle (technical, operational, and commercial aspects)
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Prepare quotations, costing analysis, and project settlements
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and manpower deployment
- Liaise with shipowners, shipyards, and relevant stakeholders
- Manage tools, equipment, and calibration schedules
- Maintain project documentation and update ERP systems
- Provide technical troubleshooting support when required
π― Requirements
- Possess a 1st Class Marine Engineer Certificate (COC)
- Strong background as Chief Engineer, Marine Superintendent, or equivalent
- Proven experience in marine/offshore project management
- Hands-on experience in marine machinery and vessel operations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure

- Basic Salary: $6,000 β $8,000 (negotiable for highly experienced candidates)
- AWS and Variable Bonus (performance-based)

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
