We are looking for a Project Manager to drive priorities, and change management. Focused on recruiting data and insights, this person will work in the People Analytics and Workforce Strategy team and partner closely with global Recruiting Leaders and cross-functional partners such as, Enterprise Engineering (Engineers, Product Managers, Product designers, UX researchers, and data teams), Location Strategy and Compliance to guide business strategy through data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple concurrent and often complex projects as per defined scope and process guidelinesCollaborate with global stakeholders (recruiting partners, hiring managers, interviewers etc.) to share and align on the process and deliverablesSupport the team in early identification of emerging risks and escalates issues to ensure risk mitigation plans are identified before issues ariseEnsure Project Sponsors and stakeholders are regularly engaged for input/consultation communicating any emerging risks and corresponding mitigation plans. Provide transparent and timely reporting to all stakeholdersProactively assesses cross-project impacts, cross-project resources, and dependencies and communicates potential impacts across the enterpriseSupport change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication creationPartner with team members to ensure project priorities are clearTrack and measure project metrics and ensure necessary insights are collected, shared and acted onProvide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasksFacilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and statusHelp refine Recruiting communications - i.e. content delivery strategyReduce surprises during execution and own project management and progress reportingMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
