• Drive multiple cross-functional workstreams with strong ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
• Lead end-to-end automation programs, from planning to delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Establish governance, run steering committees, and maintain transparent executive reporting.
• Manage senior stakeholders and external partners, influencing priorities and resolving escalations.
• Oversee program risks, budgets, and scope, ensuring delivery on time and within financial targets.
