Senior Project Manager / Project Director (SPM-PD)

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $100million and above.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract administration, safety and quality management.
• Able to lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
