● Supervise and coordinate site operations and sequencing of tasks.

● Track performance and analyze progress against deliverables.

● Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframe.

● Oversee project teams, junior staff, and vendors.

● Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

● Write progress reports and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements<\/h3>● Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Technology.
● Minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in project management within the construction/fit\n\-out industry.<\/div>● Prior experience handling multiple projects and managing vendors is essential.
<\/div>● Background in interior fit\-out is a strong advantage.

<\/div>\n● Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
<\/div>\n● Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management tools.\n
<\/div>● Strong grasp of Program of Works, critical paths, and project sequencing.\n
<\/div>● Excellent communication and report\-writing skills.\n
<\/div>● Confident and persuasive public speaking and stakeholder engagement abilities.\n
<\/div>● Leadership in enforcing HSE standards and maintaining quality assurance.\n
<\/div>● Familiarity with contract and subcontract terms.
<\/div>\n● Must be highly organized and detail\-oriented.
