Job Summary<\/b>

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and\nfit\-out projects from start to finish. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of\nproject execution to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and budget compliance. The\nideal candidate is detail\-oriented, technically sound, and possesses strong leadership and\nstakeholder management skills.<\/div>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

● Define project deliverables in collaboration with clients.<\/div>
● Develop detailed project plans and execution timelines.
<\/div>
● Assign tasks to teams based on strengths and skill sets.
<\/div>
● Supervise and coordinate site operations and sequencing of tasks.
<\/div>
● Track performance and analyze progress against deliverables.
<\/div>
● Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframe.
<\/div>
● Oversee project teams, junior staff, and vendors.
<\/span><\/div>
● Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
<\/div>
● Write progress reports and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements<\/h3>
● Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Technology.
● Minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in project management within the construction/fit\n\-out industry.<\/div>
● Prior experience handling multiple projects and managing vendors is essential.
<\/div>
● Background in interior fit\-out is a strong advantage.
<\/div>

\n● Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
<\/div>
\n● Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management tools.\n

● Strong grasp of Program of Works, critical paths, and project sequencing.\n
<\/div>
● Excellent communication and report\-writing skills.\n
<\/div>
● Confident and persuasive public speaking and stakeholder engagement abilities.\n
<\/div>
● Leadership in enforcing HSE standards and maintaining quality assurance.\n
<\/div>
● Familiarity with contract and subcontract terms.
<\/div>
\n● Must be highly organized and detail\-oriented.
