Senior Property Manager West London
Main purpose of role: To run a portfolio of properties in-line with the Dexters Way. Working closely with the Property Management Team Manager to achieve our business plan whilst providing a service that feels like it's part of the local office, treats every customer as if they were our only and retains our landlords for life!
Salary: Subject to portfolio experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: West London
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
In addition to Property Manager responsibilities:
- Carrying out the role of a Property Manager to the highest standard, leading by example, demonstrating a ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
Able to offer second opinion based on experience.
Be responsible for coaching new members of the team.
Actively coach team members through their learning plans and guide them through their apprenticeship.
Assist Team Manager to identify potential new contractors.
Understands the importance of improving the quality of our portfolio by actively promoting our refurbishments team.
Remain up to date with relevant legislation.
Provides support for Team Manager by:
- Motivating the team to achieve our business plan.
- Ensure the team follow best practice at all times.
Requirements & Skills
Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
Previous property management experience essential.
Able to deliver excellent customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Persistent and tenacious.
Team player.
Natural ability to trouble shoot with a keen desire to succeed.
Ability to cope well under pressure.
