Senior Proposal Engineer

  • Strong understanding of Instrumentation\n& Control system and electrical systems, including various type of PLC,\nSCADA platform, their modules and operating philosophies.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to understand both\nstandalone and integrated PLC, SCADA, DCS and IoT system and develop system\narchitecture accordingly.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Good knowledge of major\nindustrial communication protocols, including wired and wireless technologies and\nfamiliarity with<\/span><\/span> products from multiple industrial\nautomation brands<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency in performing technical evaluation of multiple electronic and instrumentation products,\nensuring proper selection based on technical suitability and\ncost\-effectiveness.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span>Awareness of commercial\nterminology and documentation used in government and Private tenders and\nproposals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Well\-versed in the\ncomplete tendering process, including managing multiple tender portals,\nidentifying relevant opportunities aligned with TAS Product and Solution\nPortfolio, preparing tender.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Participate in reverse\nauctions and support the sales team throughout the entire bid lifecycle, from\npre\-bid stage to commercial bid opening.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare and maintain bid\nschedules, timelines, and document repositories effectively.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare techno\-commercial\noffers, quotations, and bid proposals based on client requirements, in\ncoordination with Business Development and Sales teams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare bid forecasts and\ncost estimates aligned with overall bid budgets and commercial objectives.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform\nproject\-based system sizing, estimation, and detailed engineering activities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Act as the primary point\nof contact between clients and the internal Bid Team for all bid\-related\ncommunications.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure effective\ncoordination and communication with internal teams, external stakeholders,\nclients, and vendors.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Provide pre\-sales\ntechnical support, including participation in client meetings, presentations,\nand technical discussions.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Independently handle\ncustomer communication, including clarification of technical requirements and\nnegotiation support for technical and commercial terms.<\/span>
