About
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for an experienced ProServe Sales Manager (PSM) to lead a team of ProServe Account Executives and Cloud Architects. You'll drive transformative IT projects for clients, focusing on IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. The PSM is a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives and Cloud Architects
• Developing and supporting execution of sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
• Managing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities
• Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk
• Collaborating with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from customers and proposing solutions that optimize delivery of customer business outcomes
• Supporting customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead sales activity ensuring customer satisfaction
• Removing roadblocks and ensuring teams have the tools and support to achieve their goals
• Traveling to client locations and delivering professional services as needed
Requirements
• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or equivalent
• Experience leading enterprise consulting or professional services sales teams with full P&L accountability and revenue target ownership
• Track record of building and scaling go-to-market organizations from the ground up in a services or consulting business environment
• Proven ability to coach and develop Account Executives and pre-sales technical resources to drive solution-led selling motions
• Strong operational rigor in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics to mitigate risk and optimize sales outcomes

• Experience in building and developing a high performance team
• Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building
• Strong bias for action with ability to execute in fast-paced environments
• Experience in cloud and GenAI technology with understanding of competitive landscape
• Demonstrated experience in partner ecosystem management
• Proven ability to maintain high standards while driving operational excellence
