Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities Architect and deliver scalable backend systems and services Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce reliable software solutions Review code and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality Improve application performance and troubleshoot technical issues Connect external APIs and services based on project requirements Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented features Apply best practices across the full software development lifecycle Drive continuous improvement of team processes and shared technical knowledge Requirements Proven software development background with 3 years of relevant experience Advanced Python proficiency for building, maintaining, and improving applications Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and performance tuning Hands-on involvement with AI or Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects Practical experience using Git for version control and team collaboration Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask Working familiarity with Python web servers and deployment workflows Solid understanding of security best practices in software engineering Experience delivering user authentication and authorization systems Good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum Excellent English communication skills at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
