Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge GenAI applications and observability solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python engineering and agentic development frameworks to build scalable, well-instrumented systems that power our next generation of AI-driven products. Responsibilities Design and develop core software solutions using Python, including development, packaging and binarizing Implement Open Telemetry observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability Build and integrate GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks Perform agentic evaluations to ensure quality and performance Architect AI solutions that meet scalability and reliability requirements Develop GenAI applications from concept to production Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI engineering initiatives Leverage distributed processing frameworks to handle large-scale workloads Requirements 3+ years of core software engineering experience with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing Deep implementation experience with Open Telemetry observability, distributed tracing and multi-agent observability Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks Proficiency in agentic evaluations Background in AI architecture, AI engineering and GenAI application development English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with Kubernetes Skills in Ray
